If you are traveling from out of town, we recommend flying into Cherry Capital (TVC) Airport. Cherry Capital Airport is a full-service commercial airport right in Traverse City and the closest to the venue.

You can also fly into Grand Rapids (GRR) Airport or Detroit (DTW) Airport. GRR is a 2.5 hour drive and DTW is a 4.5 hour drive.

We will be staying at the Delamar from Wednesday through Sunday! They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the TVC airport and free parking. The Delamar typically offers reduced rates for the fall 2024 season, so we encourage you to sign up for their newsletter if you’re interested in staying here. They also usually run discounts for residents from Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin. Transportation to and from our wedding will be provided from the Delamar. The lowest cost option is called a Standard Room and can be found when you select "View More Rooms".

Room Block Details: $199/night for King Bed, $204/night for 2 Queen Beds (taxes not included)

There are many great housing options through VRBO and AirBnB in Traverse City. We recommend you book ahead and try to find somewhere downtown, so you can take advantage of the wedding day transportation from the Delamar hotel.
